This place is quite clean, the staff are very friendly, and it's conveniently located near the famous bridge and all the historic sites, along with plenty of great restaurants.

i have stayed here before and it met what was needed. had very relaxing stay during sunset and at night, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was amazing to those tourist attractions in minutes. location: the hotel was not far from the mostar bridge as well as the city centre.

Brand-new and GOOD modern rooms with an individual safe, an air conditioning and a sofa bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the old town, so it was quiet but still very convenient for sightseeing and getting dinner. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. They were always smiling, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The rooms on the top floor were amazing, not only did they have basic amenities but they also offered stunning views from the viewpoint platform. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, it felt as if everything was brand new, from the furniture to the bathroom. And I can't forget to mention the breakfast! Azra, the host, was so informative and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was delicious. It truly exceeded our expectations.

The location is fantastic, being centrally located in an area free from any unpleasant smells. I also loved the rooms on the top floor, offering beautiful views of the city. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with a view.

All was perfect!

Thanksgiving was amazing! Liked the warm welcome we received upon arrival. the homemade limonade and sweet cake were a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - definitely a highlight of our stay. the location was convenient - just a short walk to historical landmarks and a grocery shop nearby. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean rooms, as well as the stunning views from the terrace.

The towels were oddly placed on the bed instead of in the bathroom. the water heater took some time to warm up, causing a little bit of inconvenience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous bridge. The room was beautifully decorated and modern. And let me tell you, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Old Bridge was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect way to start my day.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice, messaging us before arrival and even reserving a parking space for us. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and were given a useful guide of the city upon arrival. The hotel was super clean with fantastic facilities, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the old bridge, the historic streets, and all of the attractions of the city. we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast with great ambiance and service.

Nothing negative to say;

The hotel's location is great, you can easily walk to the famous bridge and enjoy the beautiful view. The staff was nice and helpful, they even carried our bags to the room. An advantage is that breakfast was included in the price of the room.

The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom facilities. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! You can easily reach the old bridge in just a few minutes, and the city center is just a stone's throw away. You'll love the stunning view of the bridge from the top floor terrace that comes with your room. the room and bathroom are well-furnished, and the service staff is attentive and friendly. Scrummy breakfast sets you up for the day, and there are plenty of facilities for a comfortable and exciting stay.

There was one aspect that fell short of expectations. Some of the rooms were quite cramped, which can be uncomfortable for those who need more space.

The value for money at Sinan Han was excellent and the room wasnice and neat. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.
